He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Everyone at the clinic is great. Very kind and accommodating staff. I was nervous about having chiropractic treatments done, but really needed relief for my back. Dr. Cruickshank was very patient and explained everything to me and before trying different maneuvers she always made sure to ask me if I was comfortable to proceed.

Genuinely such a good doctor! Very fair prices, we’ve taken both our kitten and dog to Dr. S and both operations were seamless. Our dog had two eye malfunctions and required a biopsy.
