I have been going to Serenity Skin care for 2 years now for brow, face and leg waxing. It is a very relaxing experience and Annia does a very thorough job. She has a very pleasant atmosphere in her studio which, along with her gentle demeanor, provides for a very stress relieving environment. Fatima is a wonderful professional. Her services are top notch and of the finest quality. She herself is a trained professional which can be noted by her certificates hung on the wall for you to see as you walk into the office. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable as you are getting your treatment done. Prices are fair and the results are great. Would and have recommend.

Wanting a pedicure, facial, otherwise and wondering where to go. Well you can stop looking. Cocoon Day Spa is clean, prices reasonable, treatments consistent, and a quality product line. I’ve been visiting Lanie and her staff at Cocoon for many years and always leave happy and looking forward to my next visit. Today I’m admiring the awesome job she did on my feet and my only regret is no one else will enjoy the view but me as it’s no longer sandal weather.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I have always received exceptional service from the front desk staff, Dr.Rosenthal and her assistants are always friendly and helpful. The Dr. Is super sweet and doesn't rush you and answers your questions and they always work within your budget if they can. I never see April much, but inly have good things to say!!!! Maybe she was having a bad day that day - we are human ;)

This place was fantastic!! Helpful beyond words, Today my son, a Cadet had inspection, surprise! So we scrambled to try and find a last minute place, everyone said no. Gave Jamie 's a call and He said yes right off the bat! Did a fantastic job, my son loves the style and we passed inspection! Thank you Jamie!!

I was so thrilled to find this newly opened esthetics spa in Victoria. It is so girly and fabulous. Great brazilians! They even offer high quality eyelash extensions, I believe it is one of the only places in Victoria that offers doctor approved extensions. Their product line is really good to, my favourite is the foot scrub!

If you are picky when it comes to who does your hair than this is the place for you. I have been to many salons over my time in Victoria but I will be staying here for the foreseeable future. Tarah is a hair magician. I don't know anyone who can do what she does. Going from dark brown to blonde that has dimension and no damage in one day is unheard of. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She also does the best makeup and lashes!! I always feel like my best self after seeing her for anything beauty related!! She's an expert in everything beauty and glam!

This spa is great!! I'm a regular customer as well as over 10 of my girlfriends. Friendly staff, top of the line products and a great experience. The lady who has written a bad review about this business is absolutely insane and must have a personal issue with one of their staff. I get my hair and nails done regularly and they always provide a job well done. I still have yet to try other services.
