If i could give them 0 starts i would. I am never going back to that place!! They sold me a burger full of mold, as u can see i ate part of the burger before realizing and i got sick. Someone from that Mcdonalds finally called me after multiple complaints... We talked, he said he would talk with the owner and call me back the next day to resolve the issue and i have never heard from them again. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they haven’t responded to the BBB either.
Je n'ai pas reçu la commande à l'auto demandée hier vers 18h15. On célébrait la rentrée scolaire au secondaire de mon petit-fils. C'est une fois rendus à la maison qu'on c0nstate qu'il manque une frite et que le 1|4 de livre fromage n'a pas de fromage. Pas la facture juste le montant sur carte de crédit Visa. Nous étions 3. environ 34$
J’ai attendu plus de 30 minutes dans le service au volant et la moitié de ma commande était mauvaise. J’ai été obligé de rentrer à l’intérieur pour changer ma commande j’ai attendu un autre 20 minutes avec des employés qui ressemblaient à des chevreuils des les lumières d’une voiture. Presque 1 heures pour un simple lunch je ne retourne plus a ce mcdo de toute ma vie c’est ridicule.
On a enlevé les serviettes de tables qui n'est pas une bonne idée ,quand on est avec les enfants ,s'était disponible à portée de main au besoin ,on en donne dans notre commande et quand on oublie d'en donne faut faire la file

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in.
We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots.
Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience.
We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere.
We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again.Lire plus
