Super awesome spot, the service was spectacular, very well managed, and the food was good.

Shrimp and lobster pasta had no flavour. We both ordered the same and neither of us enjoyed it. The server didn't ask if we enjoyed our meals.

Great dining experience

Because of specific doctor's orders, one member of our party can only eat certain things. We were there tonite, and our server did not seem to understand what she wanted. When the meal came, it was not what she ordered. She could not eat it, so we explained again what was wanted, and the plate was sent back. The second time the meal was placed in front of her, it was the exact same plate that had been returned because another waitress thought she had not been served in the first place. The mistake was noticed and corrected, and the manager herself came to speak to us about it, and the plate was returned again. A few minutes later, what came out was exactly what she wanted, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. We appreciated the attention that was given to us in an attempt to make our dining experience pleasant. Everybody was very polite and helpful, and we will be returning.

kelsey;s owen sound is my life. i love the place. i would never consider going to any other restaurant in owen sound. i am a regualr there and although i have heard stories about a few staff members and bad experiences, i will remain a dedicated kelsey's customer. the experience begins and ends by a friendly encoutner with a hostess and the food was run to our table promptly. the servers were very helpful and cheerful and seemed to be happy with what they were doing. except for one woman that works there.. she seemed to be filing her nails at the hostess stand. and text messaging on her cellular telephone. i did think this was a bit strange, but one bad seed wont ruin the batch.. and kelseys owen sound is a great. welcoming and humble place to enjoy a quiet meal, or a casual drink. it is like a family, i am more than proud to be a part of it. to anyone planning on going to dinner i HIGHLY recomend going to this resturant.

Kelsey's in Owen Sound is like a home. It is a warm place with a nice atmosphere. The staff there where VERY friendly and it being my daughters 14th birthday it made the warmth of the staff a great contribution otwards my daughter and her friends The food wasvery well made and had the taste of amazing how do you say freshness to it it semmed as if it was made just perfectly I also thought the amount they served us there was of great value because if 5 teenage girls can eat a pizza together and share it untill they are full that tells you something. The great service and the amazing taste of the food and truly made my dinner and my daughters birthday my day.

I have been a regular at Kelseys for quite sometime and have always enjoyed the food and usually the staff, when they are not too busy chatting with one another or their friends who come into the restaurant. I am not sure, but I think our server on this day was a girl named Rory, who just appeared very short, rude and not interested in being at work to help out the guests. I realize it was the long weekend, but that is no excuse. I am not sure if I would want to return after this visit.

this was the worst meal i have had in a long time. they brought one guests meal as an appetizer while the rest of us sat there. when i asked, the waitress tried to rectify the situation by asking the chef to hurry our meals instead of taking back the dinner that had been delivered. when we finally got our food you could tell it had been rushed through the kitchen. i would have thought the manager could have at least tried in some way to rectify this situation. I will never go back!!!

our food was OKAY, the atmosphere is very loud and uncomfortable, our server was Ashley. she was terrible, as well as being very unhelpful, not clearing any plates she was very rude to my wife. She has poor english skills. she needs to be retrained, or let go. our experience would have been better if we had a competent server. We wont be going back there again.

food is aweful...they all tasted like frozen dinners! service is slow and you never know who your server is because its a different person each time. won't go here again. atmosphere is cozy, but thats about it. thumbs down

A Group of my friends and I went to Kelseys for dinner a couple of nights ago, and after the service we received and poor food, we shall never return. Three people from our party had the Balsamic chicken meal, and when we got our food the chicken very little, the sauce was cold, and not to mention the vegetables were not cooked and half of them were rotten. I believe Rori was our service, although the service we received was poor, concidering she only came to the table to deliver our meal and hand the bills off to us. Overall I am very disappointed with the Owen Sound Kelseys location. I hope this will help to improve so that the business keeps the other customers happy.
