Gone are the days of reasonably priced quarts I guess. A quart of domestic beer is $14.63 (taxes in) before tip. What is worse is that the server did not explain when I ordered first quart that ordering pints would be cheaper. I ordered 4 quarts during my stay and my total bill was over $62! I have no sympathy for restaurants such as the Prescott who are gouging prices due to COVID. I will never return to this establishment.

The meatball sandwich is pretty gross...

The meatball sandwich is pretty gross, considering cheap meat is used, as well as from what i can taste, old leftover meat as well. Pizza was decent, although crust was somewhat hard and the bacon and meatballs and ham all tasted bad. mystery meatballs, flavourless bacon, and ham loaf!! soup was very greasy, i dont know if i've ever had a greasy soup before! friendly staff, nice atmosphere. the food is too cheap tho.

The service is good because they tell you not to...

The service is good because they tell you not to order anything but the meatball sandwich. I asked about the shrimp and was told how bad it was. Great place to watch Sports and drink beer. Horrible place if you are hungry and want good food. Do not go here if you want food that is passable. Go to a fast food restaurant and thank me later.

Good Beer selection, good atmosphere and a great place to watch sporting events. The food is by far the worst in any place in all of Ottawa. The waiter actually told one in my party not to get the wings cause they are horrible, and he was right. The bread was straight out of a Wonderbread bag, and the buns were stale. Get the meatball sandwich and nothing else cause you'll just be disappointed.

Always a warm feeling, the servers are friendly & upbeat. For the style of food they serve it's filling tasty & reasonably priced. Great place for a group or sports team

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Lire plus
