They consistently fail to deliver on time and rarely keep their promises. If an item is in stock, you're fine, but if the delivery date is later, it likely won’t happen. After waiting two months, I canceled my order. Be mindful of assembly! Some items require expert-level assembly and take a long time, costing you an extra 100 CAD. I made a 15,000 CAD purchase. While some Canadian-made items are great quality, many from overseas vendors are low quality, excessive assembly. Never trust their reps

I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.
