I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. Before I even purchased them I called him a few time for information and he always took time to explain everything. We took our dog here after he got into some mouse poison when we first moved into our new cottage. Once we brought him there they did a full check on him and the mouse poison, determined that the specific type wasn't as harmful to dogs as to rodents. He turned out to be fine. But these veterinarians were the most friendly and caring I have dealt with and treated our little guy with so much love. We felt very comfortable with him in their hands. Lire plus
