I took my Bissell carpet cleaner in for service as it was under warranty. I must say I was very impressed with the quality of service and the pleasantry of the staff. Since my unit was faulty and there is no replacement in stock, I received a brand new replacement with steam, which was terrific. good service, was able to replace the motor on my vacuum cleaner when other Bissell service centres would not. reasonable price.

We get all 2 of our vacuums repaired here. One is a Sears portable vacuum and the other is a Hoover central vacuum. Great source for accessories and parts. We have never had any issue.
