Expect repairs to take a long time.. also expect to be back a lot for deficiencies. ICBC still believes this is an accredited repair facility. I had thought since they carried the GMC brand it would be a good fit! Can't say much good about this place after a lot of back and forth. 2021 GMC Canyon.

They fixed my car (1 year old) after a collision (rear end badly damaged). My automatic trunk door is malfunctioning after they fixed it. It sometimes works and it does not sometimes. So, I explained to them and they asked me to use my money to diagnose what the problem is. I asked him why I have to use my money for diagnosis telling him that you fixed the door poorly. He said that he does not use his money to diagnose. What should I do in this case? Very bad shop :(

Shoddy painting

I had a repair done by them on my door and rocker panel about six years ago and noticed now when I was washing it that the bottom of my door is starting to rust and the rocker panel is starting to rust and there is not a spot of rust anywhere else on the vehicle except where they did their repair. They offer a lifetime warranty but I moved out of the province and now have to repair this out-of-pocket.

Don't go here came here on a ICBC Claim was a bad choice my car has been in there over 5 weeks to simply get a ignition and column fixed they said ICBC ordered the wrong part.... Could of called to let me know !! They never did nor did they ask me about a courtesy car my insurance expired 2 weeks after i dropped it off so I didn't renew it unit they finished the job they then told me they had a courtesy car but I needed insurance to receive one DON'T GO HERE DON'T GO HERE YOU WERE WARNED

STAY AWAY! I had to wait about 10 days for an estimate to be emailed to me. I had left repeated messages with both the front desk and estimator, none of which were returned within two days. It was only my repeated calling that resulted in contact. When I took my car in, I was told the repair would take 4 - 6 days I am now told 2 weeks, with no parts being on back order The original estimator no longer works there, with a second estimator not available as he is in the paint booth ??

Do not go here!! I had a 2 month old 2016 Honda Civic that got rear ended. They had the car for TWO months. Not once did anyone call to give us an update. We had to call for updates. a few days after we picked it up the rear tailight popped out and wouldn't go back in. We were scheduled to go back in 2 weeks later and today we went to drop off the car and pick up the rental.... which they didn't have for us! Now we have to go back tomorrow. DONT GO HERE!!!!

Had my 08 gm repaired by them very poor , had to take back 3 times hit on frt corner , had another shop change steering rack they missed that also , very rude act like u r waisting there time , still dealing with issues 2 years later , never go back or there again , cheers G me ,
