Kamloops Mazda Parts and Service Line

Was looking for a used car...after too much lip service at other shops I came to Mazda. What a change! Jerry was amazing! I was actually listened to, then assisted properly with him going above and beyond! All the staff have always been very pleasant any time I've been at the facility, and even when I had a little issue with my vehicle (used vehicle quirk) the staff took care of me, making sure my purchase was right! Thanks to Jerry, Ali & the whole team!

terrible service department

No care for my brand new car. Mechanics took it in and out of the shop with no care for my brand new leather seats. Sprayed undercoating with the window open and the car stunk for two days.
