My wife was in recently to purchase a 7 pound bag of Science Diet Oral care cat food as we had on so many other occasions. We had been told when we first started purchasing from this store that the tenth bag was free. When my wife asked about it, she was told we were 7 of twelve?? so when my wife leaned over to see the screen she saw a red x trough 4 of our previous purchases. Explanation given " if you don't use it you lose it?? Did they think we were returning it? Terrace has other pet stores.
