Despite poor reviews in the past, my experience with a glasses adjustment at FYI was quite pleasant. I received a warm greeting the moment I walked in, had the necessary adjustment in a quick and friendly manner, and was out the door within 4 minutes, free of charge. I've had family in the past purchase glasses from here who recommended FYI in the first place. Top tier customer service - I would highly recommend.

Very poor customer service and rude, unprofessional staff. Would not recommend this place.

If you want to be disrespected, have your time wasted, and the have Dr. Oliver call you personally to tell you rudely to take your business elsewhere, then by all means choose FYI Doctors in Lethbridge Alberta. Will never be back! Worst eye exam experience ever!! And from reading the other experiences, it seems like Dr. Oliver is late A LOT!!
