Called them to assess a problem with our internal water pump. They came out did not look inside the cistern walked around and did very little critical review. The first visit cost us $390! They then sent us a quote for work to vaccuum out the cistern and clean the internal pump; expected cost $3300. Got a qualified vendor to come out following them, they did a FREE initial consultation WHICH THEY INDICATE IS INDUSTRY STANDARD!!! The problem was just the pump was old and needed replacing.
