I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. When you go to Chaps you have to get the wings!!!! They are the best but you have to get the saucy ones with hot sauce. My family will go every birthday or special occasion because we love it and I have been going to Chaps since I was about 4 years old I am 21 now.
