I had a excellent experience at Doug Marshall between the salesman and,service had a problem with my truck and they were excellent to find the problem it was fast and they were very professional I have to say a AWESOME experience I tell ya people if your looking for good service you will get it.

I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.
