Suresh G. Is a superlative service and safety inspection technician. He was able to diagnose and repair our non functioning hot water heater in only a few minutes then he stayed to ensure the heater no longer shut off after a short time. As a doctor I was truly impressed with his surgical precision. Suresh is an exceptional frontline service technician who continues to work during this pandemic risking his health to service his clients. He practices safe protocols.

I have used Air Conditioning Experts for various things over the past 25 years and have to say I am many years late in posting this review as this is not my normal practice.
Obviously, I have always been pleased with the service & pricing as I am still using this company. I have had a/c systems, no heat calls and recently, I have had an oil furnace removed, replaced with a high efficiency gas furnace.
I am very happy to recommend this company as the technicians are great, courteous & on time

When I called them first, Robert asked do you need any parts or services urgently? There was humanity over money and greed in his voice. He later on educated me, gave me very competitive price. Five stars!!! First off, I called And Googled several companies regarding condo HVAC repair that I was not pleased with until I got a hold of Home Trade Standards. Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump. From the first phone call to final install, it only took 2 days. On time, within budget and honest. They are highly recommended, I would definitely use them again!
