I just wanted to take the time to comment how great this dealership is! I live in Edmonton and bought my SUV from this dealership and I was treated like VIP. When I needed service on my SUV we drove up to reddeer without a appointment and they fit us in and went over and beyond to help us out!

I read lots of reviews and decided on Wilson's Auto Tech. Twice Wilson was able to fix my older Honda for significantly less. We were thrilled. He is very honest, not over selling, very efficient and customer service oriented business.

The team at Northland Volkswagen was great! I was buying a car from out of town and Carmen and Guy did a great job of answering all of my questions and making sure I felt 100% comfortable before making the trip to Calgary. Once I got in town and test drove the car, the purchase process was quick and easy. Northland was definitely the best dealership I dealt with while car shopping. 10/10; would make the drive out again in the future for another car.

I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. Overall was the best car buying experience i’ve had.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues.
