Don't Use the Sofa Bed
The cabins are lovely, nice big deck with bar b que and picnic bench and patio chairs, cabin is very nicely decorated and you have all the appliances etc. that you need and all are in working order, satalite TV which is a plus in the evening. However, on the down side, we rented the three bedroom cabin that was to sleep 8 people., no way would this work. There are two bedrooms with doors, one bed in the loft and a sofa bed, which was beyond description, sank in the middle, so that two people sat on the end and the middle person was somewhat lower, near the floor. Sleeping on this bed was impossible, the frame sucked and the mattress was all coils with no padding, you could puncture a lung on this. When we went to the office we were told that oh, yes some of the sofa beds are broken, we could have a cot, I asked about the cot mattress and was told it was very very thin, so hardly any point in getting one. Second night just sleep on the sofa itself, well it sinks in the middle and the cushions go down beyond the edge of the sofa, dreadful, told the owner about the poor condition was he was quite dismissive. I will never ever come here again and will make sure that everyone I know hears about the sofa beds or should I say instrument of torture.
