New tenant to one of the buildings Linwood manages near don mills n Lawrence. I am happy to say my first two months here had been very pleasant. The staff is responsive and professional. The building is kept very clean and all my repairs were done in a timely manner. I would recommend this property management to anyone else!

I am giving this company one star because I had to a star. They do not deserve the one star. The building I live in is very poorly managed and all they think about is the rent.

This is not an ethical company. We had such a bad experience with the General Manager with regards to our rental at Bay Meadows Park. They should not be in business and in over 50 years of dealing with businesses have never experienced such an upsetting, negative experience. Avoid this company if at all possible. It appears that the bottom line is all that matters to them. All the negative reviews will likely put them out of business before they hurt too many more people.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST YOU CAN IMAGINE ESPECIALLY “VIRA”. We lived on the first floor and it flooded the building management has done nothing, all they want to do is fix an area of flooring despite tons of mold and just like the other reviewer my wife is 6 months pregant! We gave our notice of leaving (over 60 days) and they still filed an order with the landlord and tenant board for rent when we left! We showed up and they didn’t
