Charged us for all the phone calls, even the ones where we called back because what they did to fix our stuff stopped working. They ask for your credit card and never mention prices until they bombard you with a ridiculous price. I've had 2 interactions about similar problems with them and there was $300 difference. We're still trying to figure out why...
With all my dealings with this company, I have never had any issues. They are prompt in servicing my equipment always. I've never had a problem with billing. Just a great group of people there.

Very disappointed and frustrated working with Time Business Machine.
Not fixed the issue and bill the invoice every single phone support.
Please leave all the proof and communicate with emails for further reference.
Actually, even though you have a proof, you have to pay for it! They do not provide the clear evidence either
While the hours are posted as 10 - 6 I tried all of the extensions that they listed in their automated system and NOT ONE PHONE WAS ANSWERED! I will look elsewhere for the product I need.
